Yup. Back at the old test kitchen with inspiration. Seems creating the prototype peach mint julep just managed to get the ole juices flowing. Today we're attempting the first Batch of a Steak Remoulade sauce. What's in it you axe? How about a little mayo, some killer dijon mustard, garlic, capers, parsley and a few secret spices.
Ok, that hurts, you can stop twisting my arm. Cornichons and smoked paprika. Step one is formulation, step two is ph value and step three is shelf stability test. So this one folks probably won't be ready until Mid June at the earliest.
